This feature is available for Enterprise, Business, PRO, and Advanced users.
The Reviews module allows you to view all reviews from your social media accounts. From here, you can engage with your customers, fans, and friends from all social networks.
- Login with your credentials
- Click on Engagement module
- You will see Social Inbox and Reviews on the top
- All the added GMB profiles data will be shown after selecting Reviews tab
- Click on the review to give reply
- After giving the text, click on the post button to send the reply
- You will see a success message after clicking on Post button
How to mark a review Complete/Incomplete
- In the reviews module you can see Complete/Incomplete toggles
- If you click on Complete/Incomplete toggle review will be moved to respective tab
- You will be having filter icon at the top right corner of the page
- When click on the filter you will be seeing options like Filter by rating, Filter by rating and review, Filter by replies, Filter by sentiment
- Select any of the filter option and click on Apply button to show the applied results
- Based on the applied filter results will be shown
