Assigning Google Business Profiles Reviews to Users and Team Members

This feature is available to Business and Enterprise users. 

The Google My Business reviews feature allows you to view all of the reviews of your Google Business Profiles pages added to MavSocial and reply to them all in one place. Also, assign and unassign reviews to team members or yourself.

1. Find Unassigned, Assigned, and Resolved reviews in the Tasks section.
   
   
2. To assign a review, find an unassigned review and click the assign icon in the top-right corner of the review in the feed. 
   
   
3. In the pop-up side window, you will see options to assign the review to team members or to assign to self.
   
   
4. You can view all the assigned reviews by clicking the Assigned tab in the Tasks section.
   
   
5. You can resolve completed assigned reviews by clicking the resolve icon in the top-right corner of an assigned review.
   
   
6. After clicking the Resolve icon, the review will be resolved and moved to the Resolved tab.
