MavSocial’s engagement sentiment analysis feature helps businesses understand their audience’s response to their brand, product, or service on social media.
Sentiment analysis is an advanced text classification tool that uses machine learning to identify the underlying sentiment in your audience’s messages and comments and categorizes their reactions as Positive, Negative, Neutral, or Mixed.
How to View Sentiment Analysis in Reviews
- Navigate to the Engagement tab and select Reviews.
- Here, you can see the sentiment analysis for Facebook Reviews, which is denoted by a small face icon beside each review and comment.
- Here you can see the sentiment analysis for Google Business Profiles.
How to Filter Reviews by Sentiment Analysis
- Click on the Filter button.
- Select the sentiment type that you want to filter for Facebook and click on the Apply button.
- The Reviews will be filtered as per the applied filter in sentiment analysis.
- Similarly you can navigate to Google Business Profiles and you can filter for Google My Business and click on apply button.
- The Reviews will be filtered as per applied filter in sentiment analysis.
