This feature is available for Enterprise, Business, PRO, and Advanced users.
The Social Inbox module allows you to view all messages from your social media accounts. From here, you can engage with your customers, fans, and friends from all social networks.
- Navigate to the Engagement module
- You can see all networks at the top
- Select any network to see all types of posts of that network
- Click on the post to see the preview of the post
- You can also like, comment, or reply to the given comment
- You can select predefined messages by clicking on the predefined message button
- At the top right corner, you can see a filter icon
- You will have options including type of posts, complete status, select profile, date range, select tags, search by sentiment, tasks, and feeds order
- Select required options and click on Apply button
- You can see the filtered posts
How to complete or incomplete Posts?
- You can see a toggle beside the posts
- Click on the toggle, and your incomplete posts will be moved to the completed tab
- Click on the toggle, and your completed posts will be moved to the incomplete tab
How to see Feed and Comment View on mobile?
- Navigate to Engagement Module
- You can see a dropdown at the top right corner beside the inbox dropdown
- Select Comments in the dropdown if you want to see comments view
- Select feeds in the dropdown if you want to see feed view
