Tumblr Reports

The Tumblr Reports section allows you to view the performance of your Tumblr accounts. Metrics include:

• Key Page Facts, 
• Posts Engagement, 
• Top 10 People by Engagement, 
• Engagement by Post Type, 
• Followers, Reblogs, 
• Engagement by Day, 
• Engagement by Time,
• Most Engaged Posts.

There are 2 tabs in Tumblr reports:

Key Page Facts – This shows the following details:

• Followers: Total number of users who follow you.
• Posts: Total number of posts you made in the selected time period.
• Rebloggers: Total number of users who have shared your posts in the selected time period.
• Engagement: Total number of likes and reblogs in the selected time period.
• Likes: Total number of likes for your posts in the selected time period.
• Reblogs: Total number of times your posts have been shared in the selected time period.

Posts Engagement- Your daily number of posts and engagement in the selected time period.  

Top 10 People By Engagement – The top 10 people who have liked and reblogged the most in the selected time period.

Engaged By Post Type– Total engagement, likes and Reblogs by post type in the selected time period.

Followers – The total number of followers on your Tumblr account.

Reblogs – The total number of times your posts have been shared (reblogged) in the selected time period.

Engagement By Day - The post engagement by the day of week since the account creation date.

Engagement By Time – The post engagement by time of day since the account creation date.

Most Engaged Posts – The top 5 posts that have the highest engagement in the selected time period.

The Tumblr Page and Post report sections both have the ability to be exported as Excel or PDF files. When exporting as an Excel file, the file will be downloaded in the browser, and for PDF, the file will be sent to the associated email account.

In the Posts Report tab, you can view the details of each post in the selected time period
