Scheduling Reports Automatically

This feature allows you to automatically send email reports to the account owner and specified email addresses added to the distribution list at regular intervals.

This feature is available for Business and Enterprise users.

How to add distribution emails List?

1. Navigate to Settings->Automated Reports
   
2. Click on Add icon
   
3. Click on the Distribution List option.
   
4. You can add an email address.
   
5. Enter the email and press enter, then click on the save button
   

How to create Client/group-wise Automated Reports

1. Navigate to Settings.
   
2. Select the Automated Reports tab
   
3. Here you can set up automated email reports by clicking on Add Icon.
   
4. Enable the custom domain toggle to send emails from a custom email
   

5. You can give a custom email address from which you want to send the automated reports and click on update.
   
6. Please give the required Group name.
   
7. Select the time interval Daily, Weekly, Monthly:

• Daily: The previous day's report will be generated and sent to the account email and the specified email addresses on the distribution list.
• Weekly: Based on the day of the week selection, a report of the last seven days report will be generated. An email will be sent weekly on the selected day of the week to the specified email addresses on the distribution list.
• Monthly: The last month's data report will be generated, and an email can be sent on either the first or last day of the month to the specified email addresses on the distribution list.

8. Select the emails from the email lists shown in the dropdown
9. Select the required pages from the list of pages.
10. Select the required report type
11. Select the required export type option
12. Click on the Save button after you have made the changes.
    
13. The settings will be added successfully after clicking the Save button.
    
14. You can edit the added group by clicking on the edit icon.
    
15. You can Delete the added group by clicking on the delete icon.
    
16. The user will receive an email as shown below.
    

Note:

1. Similarly, team members can also configure Automated email reports.
2. After verifying the custom email address, all automated reports will be sent from that address.
