The YouTube Reports section allows you to view metrics related to YouTube performance, such as:
- Key Page Facts,
- Views,
- Subscribers,
- Likes & Dislikes,
- Comments & Shares,
- View Duration,
- Playback Locations,
- Demographics,
- Devices,
- Traffic sources,
- Most Engaging posts.
Navigate to Reports > YouTube.
Key Page Facts
- Subscribers: Total number of users who subscribed to this channel.
- Videos: Total number of videos on this channel.
- Views: Total number of views for your videos on this channel.
- Minutes Watched: Estimated number of minutes a user watched the video in this channel.
Views- Total number of views for your videos in the selected time period.
Subscribers- Total number of users who subscribed to your video in the selected time period.
Likes & Dislikes-
- Likes: Total number of likes for your video in the selected time period.
- Dislikes: Total number of dislikes for your video in the selected time period
Comments & Shares-
- Comments: Total number of Comments for your video in the selected time period.
- Shares: Total number of times your video has been shared in the selected time period.
View Duration- Estimated average minutes watched per view in the selected time period.
Playback Locations-
- Watch: Playback Locations is from videos specific URL page.
- Channel: Playback Locations is from the Channel page.
- Embedded: Playback Locations is from another website like a blog where the video is embedded.
- External App: Playback Locations is from Android App.
- Other: Playback Locations are unknown as certain browsers and players don't show where the video was viewed.
Demographics- This displays video engagement by category from the channel creation date.
Country- This displays the countries from which the videos were viewed the most.
Gender- This displays the gender information of your viewers.
Devices- This displays the physical devices on which the videos were viewed the most.
Traffic Sources - Displays sources from where viewers were referred from:
- Advertising: Viewers were referred to the video from an advertisement.
- Annotation: Viewers were referred by clicking on an annotation in another video.
- Channel: Viewers were referred from a channel page.
- Ext URL: Viewers were referred from a link on another website.
- No Link Embedded: Viewers were referred from other websites where the video was embedded.
- No Link Other: No referrer has been identified by YouTube.
- Other Page: Viewers were referred from a link other than a search result or related video link that appeared on a YouTube page.
- Playlist: Viewers were referred from a playlist.
- Promoted: Viewers were referred from an unpaid YouTube promotion, such as the YouTube 'Spotlight Videos' page.
- Related Video: Viewers were referred from a related video listing on another video watch page.
- Search: Viewers were referred from YouTube search results.
- Subscriber: Viewers were referred from feeds on the YouTube homepage or from YouTube subscription features.
Most Engaging Posts - Displays the posts that have the highest engagement in the selected period.
