The Digital Library Report allows you to view metrics related to digital libraries such as Digital Library Facts, Top 10 Published Images, Top 10 Images by Engagement, Top 10 Published Videos, Top 10 Videos by Engagement, Asset Sources and Asset Age.
- Digital Library Facts– This shows the following details:
- Total Assets: Total Number of images, videos, and audio files.
- Images: Total number of images from uploads, Giphy, ImageAfter, Pixabay, Pexels, MavLibrary and User Generated Content (UGC).
- Videos: Total number of videos from uploads and UGC.
- Audio: Total number of audio files from uploads and UGC.
Top 10 Published Images – This displays the top 10 images which were published the most on each social network.
Top 10 Images by Engagement – This displays the top 10 images that have the highest engagement in each social network.
Top 10 Published Videos – This displays the top 10 videos which were published the most on each social network.
Top 10 Videos by Engagement – This displays the top 10 videos that have the highest engagement in each social network.
Asset Sources – This shows the total percentage of assets available in the Digital Library by Source:
- Uploaded: Percentage of images, audio and videos that are uploaded by you.
- Giphy: Percentage of images that were purchased from Giphy.
- ImageAfter: Percentage of images that were purchased from ImageAfter.
- Pixabay: Percentage of images that were purchased from Pixabay.
- Pexels: Percentage of images that were purchased from Pexels
- Mav Library: Percentage of images that were purchased from Mav Library
- Social Assets: Percentage of images, videos that were downloaded from Social Assets.
- UGC: Percentage of images, audio, and videos contributed by UGC users.
Asset Age – This shows the age of all images, audio and videos in the Digital Library by time buckets that are older than 24 months to the most recent.
To export the digital assets library reports, select the required format from the Export drop-down list. The available options are Excel, PDF and Email.
In the following example, PDF format is selected.
The selected report will be downloaded to your computer.
Note: In the same way, you can export Excel and Email also.
