WeChat

The WeChat Reports section allows you to view metrics related to WeChat such as Page Metrics, Senders, Times sent, Messages per Sender, Cumulative Followers, New Followers, Net followers, Followers Cancelled, Gender Distribution, Langauge Distribution, Feeds Readers, "Read More" Readers, Shares & Forwards, WeChat Favorites and Detailed Data.   

There are three tabs in WeChat reports:

1. Messages reports
2. Followers reports
3. Rich Media reports

Messages tab

Page Metrics 

Senders- Number of unique followers who have sent messages to the Official Account

Times Sent- Total count of messages sent by the followers to the Official Account yesterday

Messages per Sender- Result obtained by the division between Total count of messages sent & Number of unique followers yesterday

Senders

Total number of followers who have sent messages to your Official Account per day, in the selected time period. 

Times Sent

Total count of messages sent by the followers of your Official Account per day, in the selected time period. 

Messages Per Sender

Result obtained by the division between Total count of messages sent & Number of unique followers per day, in the selected time period.

Details Data

Displays day-wise comparison data of Senders, Times Sent & Messages per Sender of your Official Account in the selected time period. 

Followers tab 

Page Metrics

New Followers- Indicates the number of unique new followers that followed your Official Account yesterday

Followers Cancelled- Indicates the number of unique followers that have unfollowed your Official Account 

Net Followers- Indicates the difference between new followers and cancelled followers from your Official Account yesterday 

Cumulative Followers- Indicates the total number of current followers of your Official Account

New Followers 

Total number of unique new followers of your Official Account per day, in the selected time period. 

Followers Cancelled

Total number of unique unfollowers of your Official Account per day, in the selected time period.

Net Followers

Total number of net followers of your Official Account per day, in the selected time period

Cumulative Followers

Cumulative number of followers of your Official Account per day, in the selected time period

Gender Distribution

Total Demographic data of your followers based on the gender information they provide in their profiles

Language Distribution

Total data of followers based on the language information they chose in their settings

Detailed Data

Displays day-wise comparison data of New Followers, Followers Cancelled, Net Followers & Cumulative Followers of your Official Account in the selected time period

Rich Media tab

The Rich Media Reports allows you to view metrics related to all & single multimedia messages. 

All Multimedia Messages

Page Metrics

Message Reads

Indicates total number of page views, including views by visitors who are not followers in the selected time period. Sources include Official Account chat screens, Moments & Reposts.

Total Clicks

Indicates total number of clicks on rich media messages in the selected time period. 

Shares and Forwards

Indicates the number of unique users who forwarded rich media messages to their friends or shared on Moments or Weibo applications in the selected time period.

WeChat Favourites

Indicates the number of unique users who favourited rich media messages in the selected time period

Feeds Readers 

Indicates day-wise unique visitors to the page, including visitors who are not followers in the selected time period. Referral sources include Official Account chat screens, Moments & Reposts.

"Read More" Readers

Indicates day-wise unique users who clicked on "Read More" link of rich media messages, including non-followers in the selected time period. 

Shares & Forwards 

Indicates day-wise unique users who forwarded messages to their friends or shared on Moments or Weibo applications, including non-followers in the selected time period.

WeChat Favorites 

Indicates day-wise unique users who favourited rich media messages, including non-followers in the selected time period. 

Detailed Data

Indicates day-wise comparison of Feeds Readers, Official Accounts, Moments, Shares & Forwards and WeChat Favorites in the selected time period

Single Multimedia Messages

This section allows you to view metrics such as Reach, Readers, Total Sent, "Read More" Readers, WeChat Favourites & Detailed Data for each article.

Readers

Indicates day-wise unique readers of this article, including visitors who are not followers of the selected time period. Referral sources include Official Account chat screens, Moments & Reposts.

"Read More" Readers

Indicates day-wise unique users who clicked on “Read More” link of this article, including non-followers in the selected time period

Total Sent

Indicates the number of unique users who have forwarded this article to friends or shared on Moments or Weibo, including non-followers in the selected time period

WeChat Favourites 

Indicates the number of unique users who favourited this article in the selected time period

Detailed data

Indicates day-wise comparison data of Unique article viewers, Official Account users, Moments, users who shared and users who have favourited in the selected time period
