This report is available for Enterprise, Business, PRO, and Advanced users.

Google My Business report allows you to view key metrics such as

  • Key Page Facts,
  • Reviews,
  • Average rating,
  • Star rating (overall),
  • Star rating,
  • Sentiment Analysis (Overall),
  • Sentiment analysis.

Note: Sentiment Analysis is available only for Business & Enterprise Subscriptions

 

Key Page Facts

This shows the following details:

Overall Reviews: Total number of reviews from the account creation date.

Overall Rating: Overall rating for the business from the account creation date.

Total Reviews: Total number of reviews in the selected time period.

Average Rating: Average rating for the business in the selected time period.

Average Rating for the Month = (sum of all ratings per month)/number of ratings for the month

Reviews:

Displays the number of reviews posted in the selected time period.

Word cloud

Word cloud creates an image of the words most frequently used in comments on your reviews in the selected date range, with the size of each word representing the frequency at which the word appears.

Displays the Review statistics with highest rating and lowest rating.

Google Business Profiles reports also allow you to export as Excel or PDF. When you select Export as Excel, the file will download in the browser and if you select Export as PDF, it will send the downloaded document to the respective account Email.
