We show a range of data and metrics within the MavSocial reports allowing you to easily track the performance on your various social profiles.
The Community Management Report section allows you to view metrics related to Community management such as Inbound and Outbound Replies, Tags and Average Response Time.
This feature is available for Enterprise users.
Inbound- Number of comments came from the users to the social profiles/page.
Outbound- Replies given from social profile/page.
Replies: Number of Inbound and outbound in the selected time period.
Tags- Tags added to posts/comments in selected time period
Average Response time:
You can view the details of the average response time by both profile and MavSocial user. You need to take into account business days.
Response Time = Time message was answered - Time message arrived.
Average response time = Sum of Response times/ number of responses.
