The Social Inbox module allows you to view all messages from your social media accounts. From here, you can engage with your customers, fans, and friends from all social networks.
You can see your total count of unread messages and comments across all social profiles and networks on the Engagement tab.
For Business and Enterprise users, you can also view the unread message and comment count per team and brand.
