This functionality is available for Business, Enterprise, PRO, and Advanced users.
You can select the different views of social Inbox and reviews in advanced settings.
How to select a view?
- Navigate to Accounts-> Settings-> Advanced Settings

- You can see an option with dropdown Engagement View
3. Select an option in the drop-down in settings and Click on Update

4 Only selected views will be shown in Social Inbox and Reviews
