A visitor can publish a post on your Facebook page; this is called a Visitor Post.

Users can see a new filter option called Visitor post in Inbox.

Available for Enterprise, Business, PRO, and Advanced subscriptions.

How to see Visitor Posts?

1. Navigate to Social Inbox

2. Select Facebook network

3. You can see the filter option, Visitor posts.
