Collision Detection

If one of your team members is replying to a message, MavSocial displays a notification in real-time so you can avoid sending duplicates or conflicting messages. This is called Collision Detection.

This feature is available for Enterprise and Business subscriptions.

If you try to reply at the same time as another team member does, MavSocial will notify you.

Once any message has a response, the thread will be shown to see which team member sent the reply to the message.

This feature is available in the Social Inbox and Reviews module.
