Social Inbox is classified into 3 sections,
- Left bar
- Messages Stream
- Right bar
- Left bar
Left bar is the menu which contains profiles section, completed/incomplete message types section, Tasks and Select tags section.
1.1 Profiles
Profiles of each social network are present here. You can filter messages based on the selection of profiles. Also, you can search for a particular profile with search icon.The count besides each profile displays the number of unread messages.
1.2 Complete/Incomplete
Messages that are not yet read/completed are present in the ‘Incomplete’ tab and the messages that were marked as completed can be found in the ‘Completed’ tab.
Messages are classified into Posts and Direct Messages
1.2.1 Posts that have comments or replies are shown when ‘Posts’ checkbox is checked.
1.2.2 Direct messages for Facebook and Twitter networks are shown in their respective tabs, when ‘Direct Messages’ checkbox is checked.
1.3 Tasks
Messages can be filtered by ‘Unassigned’, ‘Assigned’ and ‘Resolved’ types under Tasks section. By default, messages are in Unassigned mode.
1.4 Select Tags
All Tags assigned to the messages with appropriate count are present under the Tags section. Also, you can search for a particular tag with search icon.
- Messages Stream
- On mouseover you see engagement icons along with ‘Comments’ and ‘Tag’ icon for each message.
- With ‘Assign’ icon, you can assign/reassign messages to your team members. Once the task is finished, the assignee can click ‘Resolve’ icon and resolve the task.
- The messages are marked as completed/read, when you click the complete check box and displayed under ‘Completed’ tab.
- You can undo a completed message as incomplete by unchecking the completed check box in ‘Completed’ tab.
- You can add or delete tags for all messages by clicking on tag icon on each message.
- Date and time of each message can be viewed at the bottom of the message.
- Engagement count and tag count are present besides engagement and tag icons respectively.

2.1 Facebook
- Posts with comments and direct messages of your Facebook page(s) appear here.
- You can like and reply to the comments given to the posts.
2.2 Twitter
- Posts with replies and direct messages of your Twitter account(s) appear here.
- You can also follow the Twitter accounts by clicking the + icon from the Twitter feed.
- You can like, retweet and reply the posts.
2.3 Tumblr
- Posts with replies of your Tumblr blogs appear here.
- You can reply and reblog posts.
2.4 LinkedIn
- Posts with comments of your LinkedIn company page(s) appear here.
- You can comment and like the posts.
2.5 Instagram
- Image & Video posts with comments of your Instagram account(s) appear here.
- You can comment and like the posts, and reply to posts comments.
2.6 YouTube
- Video posts with comments of your YouTube account(s) appear here.
- You can comment, like or dislike the posts.
2.7 All Networks
- All attached social networks posts appear here.
- Also, You can do appropriate engagements for all social networks here.
- Right bar
- Detailed view of each post can be seen in the right bar.
- Replies and comments for posts can be done from here.
- For Direct Messages, conversational view is shown here.
- Expand icon shows you the full & individual view of that post.
