You can monitor and engage with Instagram Ad comments for Dark Posts (Unpublished Posts) from ‘Social Inbox’.

 This feature is available for PRO, Business and Enterprise Users.

Notes

• Facebook Ad accounts need to be configured in order to receive and reply Instagram Ad comments
• Replies (reply to comments) for Instagram Dark Posts won't be visible due to API limitation.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Social Inbox
2. Click on the Instagram tab
3. Select ‘Ad Comments’ option in the Filters Panel
4. Ad Comments will appear in yellow
