Facebook Direct Messages can be received or sent from pages in Inbox. Messages are updated almost immediately.
This new feature allows users to respond to direct messages within 7 days of them being sent.
Facebook Messages are available for Enterprise, Business, PRO, and Advanced users.
Replying to Facebook Direct Messages in MavSocial
- Go to the Social Inbox.
- Click on the Facebook tab.
- Select Direct Messages.
- Click Keep the conversation going on in the right bar.
- Enter your message and then click the Send button.
Note: Existing users need to refresh their Facebook accounts to give MavSocial permission to receive and send messages.
