Bulk Replies for Social Inbox

This feature is available for Enterprise, Business, Pro, and Advanced subscriptions.

The Bulk Replies feature allows users to reply to more than one comment or mention at once.

How to Reply to Engagements in the Social Inbox in Bulk

1. Navigate to Engagement and select Social Inbox.
   
   
2. Here Feed/Comments will be available. Select a Feed/comments.
   
   
3. Click on the Feed/Comment checkbox then Select an action dropdown will be enabled.
   
   
4. Click on the dropdown filter and select the Bulk Reply option.
   
   
5. A popup box will be opened with a provision to give a reply.
   
   
6. In the reply box, users can enter text and click on the Reply button to reply to all the selected Feed/Comments with one click.
   
   
7. The replies will be sent successfully after clicking on the Reply button.
   
   

Note: 

1. Bulk Reply is unavailable for Direct Messages. 
2. In the Feed view, Bulk Replies is available for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 
3. In the Comments view, Bulk Replies is available for Facebook Instagram, and Twitter.
