This feature allows you to add notes to posts, mentions, direct messages, and ad comments in the Social Inbox.
How to add notes in the Social Inbox
- Navigate to Social Inbox.
- You can see a notes icon beside the Assign icon.
- Click on the notes icon to write notes.
- Enter the note and click on Add button.
- Notes will be added successfully after clicking on Add.
- You can edit the note by clicking on the Edit icon.
- Click on Update after editing the notes.
- Notes will be updated after clicking on the Update button
Notes:
- Only the latest notes can be edited
- Only the owner of the latest notes edit it
- Assigned network notes will be visible to all team members irrespective of teams
- This feature is available for Social Inbox only
